Terms of Service

Welcome to Nur Khan's portfolio and services portal. Below are the terms under which I provide web and app development services.

• Project Scope: The detailed scope of each project will be outlined and agreed upon in writing prior to starting work.
• Payments: Milestones and final payments must be completed according to the agreed schedule before project source code is fully handed over.
• Ownership: Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the customized deliverables, while general libraries and components remain the property of the developer.
• Liability: I strive to deliver robust and secure applications. However, I am not responsible for post-launch issues caused by external API changes, hosting failures, or third-party interference.
